Non-customised items take approximately 7 - 10 days with personalised goods taking 2 weeks. PLEASE NOTE orders placed between June and September may take 1 extra week. Please note that all orders are subject to availability. If your item is out of stock then a member of the sales team will contact you to advise of delivery or suggest an alternative product.
Payment is simple, go to checkout and follow the online steps to pay by card. Please contact the sales team if you wish to pay by BACS or cheque.

If we need to digitise your badge for embroidery there is a standard charge of £18 per logo. This is a one off charge for the DST file that is required to embroider your design. The actual cost of embroidery per garment will be quoted once we have seen your design.
UK Mainland standard charges for online orders are £3.95, £15.00 for Highlands and Islands and £21 for Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Belgium, France, Germany, Holland and Luxembourg. Online orders over £70 are FREE OF CHARGE (UK Mainland Only). Orders placed directly through the store will incur higher shipping charges which are quoted at the time of ordering. We have a standard number design that we use. We shall select the colour of your number which is normally black or white but in certain instances it may be a colour to match the detail of the garment. Please contact us with any specific requests before you order; we'll do our best to accomodate.
Please contact the store to discuss the products you would like to feature on your page. There is a £75 set up charge which is refundable if the club spends over £1,000 in the first year. Please have your club badge ready in JPEG format.
Any item (including Clubshop items) that requires printing, embroidery, sublimation or any additional detailing on to the plain garment/product is a customised item.
As a rule yes! The driver may deliver to your neighbour and ask them to sign if you've instructed us to deliver via this method.
No problem. The courier will leave a calling card with instructions. After a second unsuccessful attempt, the goods will be kept at your local depot for 7 days where you'll be invited to collect the goods in person with identification. If you fail to collect, the goods will then be returned to the store. A second delivery charge will apply if goods have to be shipped out again.
Once you receive your shipping notification the goods will arrive the next working day. If you haven't received a notification your goods have not yet been shipped. PLEASE REMEMBER, non-customised goods take 7 - 10 days to turnaround and customised 2 - 3 weeks.
