WASHING

We advise washing your garments as soon as possible after they have been used. Leaving your kit folded or bundled together whilst dirty and damp will increase the likelihood of stains and a bad smell being set into the garments. Garments can discolour due to substances such as mud, grass, liniment or oil and perspiration, all of which may not be fully removable by washing. If your garments do become heavily stained, we recommend soaking them with detergent in lukewarm water for approximately 1-3 hours before washing.

Before putting your garments into the washing machine, be sure to close all zips, undo all buttons, flatten out collars and cuffs, and check pockets and linings for any loose/sharp objects. Turning your garments inside-out will reduce abrasion and help avoid contamination from other garments. Do not overload the washing machine, and ensure you wash the dark colours separately to the light.

MACHINE WASH AT 30°C

Garments washed at higher temperatures may result in the removal of vinyl and other customised products for which Macron Store Gloucester accepts no liability.

IRONING

Ensure you turn your garments inside out before you iron them. We always recommend ironing your garments at the lowest heat setting possible to avoid any damage.

DO NOT IRON ANY PRINTING SUCH AS NAMES, NUMBERS, INITIALS AND LOGOS

Using a steam iron, or a damp cloth underneath your iron will help to avoid shining and burn marks.
