How do I make an Order?

How long will my order take?

All orders can take up to approximately 3 weeks (21 days) to complete. Typically, non-customised items take approximately 14 days. Any order in which a garment includes any customisation such as printing and/or embroidery take 3 weeks. Please note that all orders are subject to availability. If your item is out of stock then a member of the sales team will contact you to advise of delivery or suggest an alternative product.

How do I pay for my goods?

Payment is simple, go to checkout and follow the online steps to pay by card.  Please contact the sales team if you wish to pay by BACS or cheque.

What happens if an item is out of stock?

If your item is out of stock then a member of the sales team will contact you to advise of delivery, suggest an alternative product or put the item on Back Order, after we have recieved your order.

How much is the embroidery set up?

If we need to digitise your badge for embroidery there is a standard charge of £12 per logo.  This is a one off charge for the DST file that is required to embroider your design.  The actual cost of embroidery per garment will be quoted once we have seen your design.

How much is delivery?

UK Mainland standard charges for online orders are £4.95, £15.00 for Highlands and Islands and £21 for Northern Ireland, Republic of Ireland, Belgium, France, Germany, Holland and Luxembourg. Orders placed directly through the store will incur higher shipping charges which are quoted at the time of ordering. For overseas shipments please contact the sales team +44 (0)1452 386400.

What options are there on customised numbers?

We have a standard number design that we use. We shall select the colour of your number which is normally black or white but in certain instances it may be a colour to match the detail of the garment.  Please contact us with any specific requests before you order; we'll do our best to accomodate.

How do I set up a Macron Store Clubshop?

Please contact the store to discuss the products you would like to feature on your page.  There is a £75 set up charge which is refundable if the club spends over £1,000 in the first year.  Please have your club badge ready in JPEG format. Is my order customised?

Any item (including Clubshop items) that requires printing, embroidery, sublimation or any additional detailing on to the plain garment/product is customised, meaning the order will take 2-3 weeks.

Right to cancel

Cancellations cannot be made on customised goods once an order has been placed. "Customised Goods" are any products you have ordered which are personalised to your own specification, for example, by the inclusion of a club crest, sponsor logo or by adding names/numbers to the goods. We reserve the right to refuse any order that has been placed with us.

Please refer to our 'Returns procedure' for normal cancellations.
