Setting Up A Club/School Shop
Why choose a Club/School Shop?
Organising teamwear can be time-consuming and complicated, especially when managing bulk orders, multiple product options, sizing, and customisation requests. There is often added pressure when collecting payments, gathering sizes, and chasing orders from individuals — which can leave organisers out of pocket and take up valuable time.
A Macron Sports Hub Gloucester Club/School Shop makes the process simple. Your members can order everything they need in one place and have it delivered directly to their door.
We can bundle a range of products together and offer optional personalisation such as printed initials, names, and squad numbers where required. Our website is fully optimised for mobile, tablet, and desktop, allowing members to order anytime, anywhere — 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
Main benefits:
- Hassle-Free Ordering - A Club/School Shop removes the administration involved in organising kit orders. Individuals simply order online and have their items delivered directly to them.
- Complete Range - Macron offers a huge range of products, meaning you can source all of your kit and accessories in one place. Simply choose your products, tell us what logos you need, and we’ll handle the rest.
- No Minimum Order Quantities - Members can order exactly what they need, when they need it. Whether it’s one item or multiple products, there is no need to organise bulk orders.
- Create a Professional Identity - By controlling which products are available to your members, you can ensure everyone purchases the correct items, creating a consistent and professional look across your organisation.
- Easy Re-Ordering - Once your shop is live, members can return at any time to reorder kit, replace lost items, or purchase additional items without needing to contact a team organiser.
- Expert Support - We have a dedicated sales team to help with setting up your shop. If any selected items are out of stock or discontinued, we’ll let you know and help recommend suitable alternatives.
Tailored Partnership Benefits
Where we have partnership agreements in place with organisations, we can offer additional benefits such as credit earned from online shop spend.
For some partner organisations, an agreed club contribution can be added to selected products above the standard retail price. This allows members to support the club through their purchases, with the additional amount held as club credit to be used against future purchases or other club requirements.
These arrangements are discussed individually based on each organisation’s needs and circumstances. Please speak to our team for more information.
How to set up a Club/School Shop
We have a 5-step process for setting up a shop:
1. Enquiry Get in touch to let us know you’re interested. You can:

2. Product Selection Choose the products you’d like to include, such as:
We usually recommend keeping Club/School Shops to around 12 core items, helping maintain a clear product range, easier ordering, and stronger consistency across your organisation. Products can be added, removed, or changed at any time. We can also advise on popular combinations and suitable ranges. We’ll also confirm which items need badges or logos, and whether optional customisation such as initials or squad numbers is required. |
3. Payment / Terms Club/School Shops have a £95 initial set-up fee, refundable if your shop spends over £1,000 through online shop sales within the first year. The initial set-up fee covers the creation and launch of your shop. To keep shops active and maintained, all Club/School Shops are reviewed annually. If products need refreshing, shop information requires updating, or minimum annual spend thresholds are not met, the shop may be temporarily placed on hold until the necessary updates or maintenance arrangements have been completed. A £50 yearly maintenance fee applies to shops with less than £500 annual online spend through the shop. Please note that direct spend through account orders is not included when calculating these totals. |
4. Set Up & Sign Off Once products are agreed and payment has been received, we’ll build your shop. Please note that set-up times may be slightly longer during peak periods (July–September). Once complete, we’ll send you a link so you can review everything thoroughly. If any edits are needed, we’ll make them before launch. |
5. Launch Your shop goes live and is ready to take orders. All garments are customised in-house and made to order, with a typical lead time of 3–4 weeks. Our marketing team can also help promote your shop through our social media channels. |
Shop maintenance
Once your Club/School Shop is live, we can make amendments at any time.
Need to add products, remove items, or make changes? Just contact the sales team and we’ll take care of it.
We also monitor stock levels and will notify you if items become discontinued or unavailable. If an item is temporarily out of stock, customers will be kept updated with expected delivery dates.
If shops need updating, products need refreshing, or annual online shop spend falls below £500, Macron Sports Hub Gloucester may temporarily place the shop on hold until the matter has been resolved.
