Are we open/can I collect my order?

Due to government restrictions the showroom is currently closed, meaning you will not be able to come in to the store. Unfortunately we will not be able to offer our "Collect from Store" on new orders during this time. If you have an outstanding order ready for collection, please ring the store and we can arrange "contactless collection" or an alternative delivery option at a suitable time. We look forward to welcoming you back to the store when it is safe to do so.

Can I place an order?

In short, YES. Orders can still be placed online at any time. We are currently working on limited staff, meaning orders can be placed via email or over the phone between the hours of 10am - 2pm, Monday- Friday.

How long will my order take?

All orders are being processed as usual, however we are working reduced hours with limited staff, meaning non-customised orders may take up to 14 days, and customised orders may take up to 28 days in most cases. We are working as hard as we can to ensure orders get to you as quickly as possible.

I'm looking for kit for next season, can we set up a meeting?

Even though we cannot meet in person, there is nothing to stop us from discussing potential kit for next season! Please get in touch with the store, and we can arrange either a phone meeting or a video call to discuss your needs looking forward.
